A bank, liquor store, currency exchange, craigslist, retail store, a mexican retailer should be able to do it. You want to be careful with the bid-ask spread offered by the other trader.

B/c mexicos economy is unstable they come out with new currency every few years and devalue the old stuff. Your coin may not be good anymore and if it is it’s probably de-valued which means if your coin is for 5000 pesos its only worth 1/100 of the new currency so it would be worth like a fraction of that if it’s even good. Two bigger companies that do this are ICE and Travelex.
