If I had 100,000.00 in yen . How much would it be in american? I tried using a currency exchange rate service online but I cant figure it out, Thanks in advance
wow, one hundred thousand dollars yen is only eight hundred fourty two.dollars american? Am i reading this right? Please tell me Im wrong.

As of today April 24th, you would have $844.60. That rate changes daily(even by the second). If you want to figure this out for yourself, go to http://www.yahoo.com and press finance. There is a currency converter on the left side. Click that and scroll down to figure out any number you want. You can make it from US dollars to Yen, or the other way around. The Bid/Ask spreads just mean in simple terms, when the markets are closed that is difference it could be, its not an exact science. Always remember one thing, the world of finance is just like selling your car. Somebody wants to buy your car (BID) and you are selling it (Ask). What somebody is willing to buy your car for isn’t always what your are willing to sell it for. And every day in the financial markets, everybody comes to an agreement on price at any given time. So those prices and exchanges rates change by the second.
