Btw online payment via VISA and via PayPal, Whch one is better in a term of currency exchange rate for buyer ?

I think that VISA is better, Pay Pal charges and they are extrememly hard to deal with if a dispute arrises.

    visa would be better if your the seller cuz paypal charges you if your the seller. for the buyer i would say paypal because you have buyer protection up to 200 dollars i think.
